Grade: T24 Learn more about the "T" salary structure. A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source. Dr Xiaolei Liu's group at the Lemole Center for Integrated Lymphatics Research at Temple University investigates the development and function of the lymphatics during development and disease using mouse models and in vitro culture system. The research team is particularly interested in understanding how the paracrine signals from lymphatic vessels regulate cardiac development and promote cardiac repair. The Assistant Scientist, under direction of Dr. Liu, provides technical support by performing scientific experiments within the research lab. Handles experiments or small research projects requiring advanced knowledge and experience in a specific scientific area or discipline.
