ABOUT THE JOB:

Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships? Do you have experience in technical product sales and solution selling? Join our dynamic team as a Product Sales Manager, Blast Resistant Module (BRM), where you will play a key role in maximizing the share of our specialty products portfolio.

As the Product Sales Manager, BRM, you will be responsible for growing revenue streams, developing key accounts, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. You will be the face of our BRM product line, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Drive BRM Product Revenue: Focus on increasing revenue through customer visits, outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiry conversion.

    • Spend approximately 50% of your time conducting customer visits and account development.
    • 25% of your time will be dedicated to outbound prospecting, with the remaining 25% focused on inbound inquiries.


  • Achieve KPI Goals: Meet weekly, monthly, and annual targets, including calls, quotes, activations, volume, revenue, and value-added product penetration.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of BRM product lines, understanding applications, and acting as a point of contact for specialty customers.
  • Account Planning: Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for assigned portfolios and territories.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Execute account-specific strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in technical product or solution selling.
  • Ability to travel 25%-40%, including overnight travel.
  • Comfortable presenting to all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in cross-selling and leasing.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach to meeting customer needs.
