Our Team Our Wealth and Investment team is focused on executing against our data strategy, implementing enterprise data policies & governance and participating in the remediation of data centric regulation. These efforts in turn enable us to support data driven decision making to deliver commercial outcomes for business and an enhanced experience for our clients. The Role As an Data Management and Strategy leader you will work with Data Domain Owners, Data Leaders, Data Stewards, Technology, Risk, and others to help execute all data strategy/governance/management activities including the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data as the first line of defense. You will be responsible for helping define and execute our data strategy, operating model, and overall data transformation defined in partnership with our business stakeholders. This strategy will also need to be in alignment with the corporate policies and standards set forth by BNY's Enterprise Data Management ("EDM") team. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
