R OLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr Director, Diagnostics Sales located Remote in the USA to join our x team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This position will build and lead our field sales and MSL team responsible for the sale of LucentAD, a revolutionary laboratory developed test designed to unravel the complexities of memory and thinking issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience leading and directing a team of diagnostics sales professionals to expand and grow product revenue.
* Drive revenue and market development through a direct sales team & calling on Hospital accounts focused on Neurology
* Recruit, hire, train, retain, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team through efficient and effective leadership
* Develop and implement business plans to meet revenue and market penetration goals for the business
* Responsible for providing C-level leadership with accurate forecasting in progress towards key performance metrics
* Develop and implement training programs for new hires as well as experienced representatives
* Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to field sales and MSLs through field visits, observation and measurement of results.
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, KOLs, and industry leaders.
* Maintains understanding of our competitive environment.
* Work closely with internal departments to develop tactics and tools to overcome field challenges
* Maintain and uphold accountability to all compliance and expense reporting standards
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 12+ years life science sales experience with 8+ years in a management role.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Advanced degree in business or life sciences preferred
  • Experience in a diagnostic laboratory business
  • Experience in sales training and development
  • Experience building a new team and establishing a product in the market

* Ability to recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing sales & MSL team
* Strong value selling skills and the ability to teach/empower those skills to both experienced and inexperienced representatives
* Must be a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team
* Comfortable with ambiguity and a drive to build a team from scratch
* Proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong communicator and team player who is accountable and trustworthy
* Must reside in the United States
* Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
