ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Global Head of Total Rewards is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner to join our growing organization. This position will be part of the total rewards team to support the development and implementation of innovative global total rewards strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Lead the development, communication and distribution of compensation programs including salary administration, annual salary increases, incentive programs and job leveling
  • Lead the offer development process; including job leveling, benchmarking and FLSA analysis; provide offer recommendations ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity
  • Analyze and monitor offer trends on actual compensation versus market range to ensure tie to our Compensation Philosophy
  • Lead the annual administration of compensation program, including preparation of communication materials, job evaluation, compensation statements, cost/ budget analysis and modeling & reporting
  • Conduct ad hoc market assessments and complete annual compensation survey submission to ensure competitive market position globally
  • Develop and review salary ranges and guidelines to ensure local market competitiveness
  • Continuously review and identify processes, programs or tools that could benefit from automation or enhancements and support improvements to enable greater efficiencies and scalability
  • Support compensation projects from conception stages to implementation; includes development of project plans, timelines, ensuring accuracy and communication about changes
  • Stay current by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; getting involved in professional organizations
  • Lead monthly ESGC process for obtaining approval on new hire equity grants
  • Partner with Finance to support administration of bi-annual ESPP process
  • Design and lead compensation trainings to employees and managers, providing education on compensation programs and offerings
  • Participate in annual vendor negotiations and plan design sessions with benefits broker.
  • Manage full leave of absence process: policy communication, planning and documentation, payroll processing and re-entry.
  • Oversee the administration of fully insured plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending plans, life insurance.
  • Serve as champion for compliance; acts as main point of contact for any internal and external audits regarding compensation and benefits processes; ensures local, state and federal government compliance and reporting requirements are met.
  • Own Immigration and relocation process, including partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage employee visas.
  • Partner with Head of Total rewards on Global total rewards strategy
  • Provide support to junior team members as needed



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of progressive compensation experience
  • 2-3 years of benefits/leave administration experience



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Education in Human Resources Management or Finance
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Exec and/or Sales compensation experience
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data
  • Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends
  • Strong understanding of state leave policies
  • Takes initiative and uses good judgment; excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating total rewards programs to employees, senior leadership, and internal partners
  • The ability to think strategically and align compensation programs with business objectives is essential for success in this role
  • Familiarity with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices is important for designing competitive and innovative rewards programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
  • Recognizes confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintains confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
