Provides administrative and technical support to assist the Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources department with the development and delivery of various programs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Organizational Effectiveness team within HR.
  • Assist with the development of internal communications content for company activities and initiatives, including training and development programs.
  • Assist with content creation for the corporate newsletters.
  • Assist with the management of internal communications platforms, including corporate intranet and digital signage.
  • Schedule classes in LMS with the direction of Training Specialists.
  • Record class completions in learning management system (LMS).
  • Generate training reports from LMS as requested.
  • Assist with course catalog updates in the LMS.
  • Update user records in the LMS.
  • Prepare and modify training documents or other materials including PowerPoints, guidebooks and outlines, and job aids which may include graphics, charts and diagrams.
  • Assist with set-up and/or break-down training classes.
  • Maintain training files (electronic and paper).
  • Create/edit on-line courses from existing material and create/edit instructional videos.
  • Maintain training supply inventory.
  • Assist in organizing special events.
  • Assist with the Leadership 360 Assessment and Development process by communicating with participants, maintaining records associated with the 360 assessment process and creating and maintaining materials
  • Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding administrative, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
    • Required: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
    • Preferred: Workday, Cornerstone, Articulate, Visme, Canva or other similar programs

Education Requirements:

  • Required: Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology, or a closely related field.
