Job Description

Primary Responsibility:

Develop ATE RF and characterization test solutions for highly integrated PA and LNA-based modules. The applicant will be responsible for test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications. Test implementation will include package-level responsibilities during device development and mass production. The position requires a strong background in hardware and software development on ATE platforms. Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation, and de-bug also required. Once in mass production, the position requires manufacturing improvement efforts to achieve test time reduction, test quality improvements, yield enhancement, etc.

Requirements:





  • Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in EE, CS, Physics, CE or closely related field.



  • Minimum of 8 years experience in developing Semiconductor ATE solutions, including C++ programming, in an ATE environment.



  • Experience developing measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz.



  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments



  • Experience with PCB design and layout preferred



  • Excellent debug skills, communication and teamwork

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$112,500 -$215,900 per yearper year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
