We're looking for a Transformation Consultant II to join our ever evolving Transformation Management Office (TMO) team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Across all levels of the organization, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) team actively manages a portfolio of strategic M&A initiatives both cross-functionally as well as focused in the business areas. We work in a "hands-on", action-oriented style with internal stakeholders providing thought leadership and transformation strategy execution. Our team is accountable for all post-close activities, including achievement of deal rationale and a fully operationalized integration plan.

What you'll own

The Transformation team will actively manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives both cross-functionally as well as focused in the business areas.

A professional role having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

  • Primarily responsible for post close separation activities supporting TSA exit planning and management.

  • Monitor TSA Service delivery and validating performance is consistent with historical practices utilizing a defined monitoring approach.

  • Billing process & invoice support coordinating with Finance and TSA leads to provide accurate and timely billing for services currently being provided.

  • Assist in holistic development and execution of detailed TSA exit workplans, coordinating and providing oversight and guidance to functional leads and PMs on function specific planning.

  • Provide early identification of roadblocks, potential delays, and interdependencies. Facilitate governance reviews to align on changes.

  • Raise and assist in resolving issues, working collaboratively across teams.

  • You will have an opportunity to learn about many teams, systems, and processes that span across functional areas and systems.

  • Assist with Executive reporting, KPI tracking, and analysis.

Where you'll own it

You'll own it in our vibrant Cincinnati hub. [insert region/office here] hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3-5 years of experience in a large corporate environment or management consulting

  • Prior business partnership experience

  • Results oriented with a high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong data and analytic skills with large datasets and complex processes

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
