Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the EDA/CAD engineering team. * EDA/CAD Tool Selection and Integration: Evaluate, select, and implement state-of-the-art * Methodology Development: Develop and enhance EDA/CAD methodologies and design flows to * Design Flow Optimization: Work closely with design teams to analyze and improve the design * Design Verification and Validation: Oversee the development of design verification and * Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance practices for EDA/CAD * Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including staffing, budget, and * Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineering teams, such as ASIC design, * Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in EDA/CAD Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. #LI-DD1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$178,400 -$376,700 per yearper year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
