Brazer, Multiple Shifts

Brazer Description:

The Brazer is responsible for performing critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment. This role involves precise brazing tasks requiring careful handling and adjustment of materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret operational Method Sheets (OMS) job instructions.
• Handle materials to and from the workstation.
• Execute critical brazing operations with extreme precision, considering component proximity and tubing.
• Maintain proper heating techniques for effective filler material flow in various directions.
• Determine required materials, filler metal, and flux, and adjust torch flame and tips accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in brazing operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions and Method Sheets.
• Proficiency in handling materials and adjusting equipment for precise brazing.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in challenging environments.
