We're looking for a Sr. Transformation Consultant to join our ever-evolving Customer Experience team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team:
Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all - enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they're always finding ways for us to grow together.

What you'll own

  • Plan and lead analysis to identify where solutions are required for projects and workstreams
      • Finding and owning Solutions, able to identify best in class solutions to technically challenging issues
      • Investigation of the business area and processes to gain wide understanding of the scope of functionality being delivered
      • Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end process
      • Responsible for outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to key stakeholders
      • Status Reporting, both written and verbal, to senior stakeholders including progress, risk and issues.
      • Communicates effectively with other Project resources, on progress of tasks and identification of risks / issues that may affect the smooth progression of the projects.
      • Ensure compliance of all regulations and legislation, such as FCA, DPA, TCF
      • Act as role model championing the values and brand for Worldpay at all times

      While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

      • Primarily responsible for the development of business process related solutions for clients
      • Define client needs, determine strategy and develop plan/proposal for delivery of the project
      • Generally leading to increased efficiency of internal client process or function
      • Possess ability to effectively articulate business opportunity and/or utilization
