Selected candidates may be placed in one of the following (but not limited to) areas of concentration:

Accounting

  • Perform month-end financial close responsibilities such as booking accrual entries, statutory reporting, monitoring close checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and meeting closing deadlines
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations to adequately support transactions and account balances, and investigate and resolve any corrective action required
  • Understand upstream and downstream processes and leverage that knowledge to drive value-added change
  • Drive transformation by identifying opportunities for improvements, challenge status quo, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Provide ad hoc information, reporting, and/or data analytics to other capabilities and business partners

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities that support our company's major business decisions and overall financial health
  • Analyze operating costs of manufacturing sites or capabilities. Build trend analysis to depict planned spend versus actual spend. Recommend optimization points of view.

Planner/Scheduler

  • Manage transactional systems and ensure timely input and reconciliation
  • Connect to business strategies and P&L
  • Apply analysis to process' and create efficiencies
  • Partner across numerous businesses and product lines
  • Collaborate across multiple capabilities and locations
  • Serve as a technical resource to assist Mobile Application end-users
  • Stay up to date with industry trends while exploring new tools to boost the overall efficiency and innovation of scheduling activities.
  • Analyze, identify risks, and provide technical direction for current and future applications and services

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Eligible for full-time employment January 2025 or Summer 2025
  • Enrolled in a degree related to Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business degree
  • Able to work in the US without sponsorship

What will Put You Ahead

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning
  • Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding skills such as PowerBI, Alteryx, or Tableau
