Registered Nurse

• Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
• Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
• Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
• ACLS/PALS may be required based on clinical area standards.
• Full time 40 hrs. per week.
• This is Home Care Services
• Traveling 100% to visit the patients.
• Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
• The territory will be:

* Eastern Cuyahoga County and Downtown, Central, Southern Cuyahoga, City of Cleveland, Garfield, Shaker Hts., Euclid, Richmond Hts., Cleveland Hts., Mayfield Hts., Beachwood, Pepper Pike Lyndhurst, University Hts., South Euclid, Bedford, Solon, Maple Hts., Twinsburg, Hudson, Chagrin Falls, Macedonia, Northfield and Pennisula.
