JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Brandywine, located in Media, PA, seeks a part-time instructor for Biology starting in Fall 2024. Successful candidates may deliver lecture and lab courses, and they should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.Possible courses include introductory and intermediate subjects in:

  • Animal Development (anatomy and physiology)
  • Biology (Basic Concepts and Biodiversity; Populations and Communities; Molecules and Cells; Function and Development of Organisms)
  • Evolution
  • Genetics
  • Human Anatomy and Physiology.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of an earned Master's degree in Biology or related disciplines from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
