Summer 2025 UI/UX Internship

• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for websites, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design documentation and style guides.
• Partner with Product Owners, different IT teams, and the businesses to configure technology with enables work processes.
• Recommend enhancements to products to optimize work processes.

The Experience You Will Bring (Basic Qualifications):

• Currently enrolled in a degree related to one of the following areas: Innovation Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Solid understanding of design tools such as Figma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think through complex design challenges and propose solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without Visa transfer or Visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Interest in learning about user research and usability testing.
• Curiosity to learn more about design thinking exercises and systems thinking.
