JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Law in University Park invites applications for short-term faculty positions for the 2023-2024 academic year in the areas of administrative law, business law, corporate law, contracts, international arbitration, and potentially other areas as needs arise. Applicants should have a distinguished record of law practice in the course subject, a J.D. degree, and superior academic credentials. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. To be considered, interested candidates must complete an on-line application and curriculum vitae. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises. The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
