Retail Assistant Store Manager Las Vegas Flagship

YOUR MISSION
  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards,
  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service,
  • Responsible for assisting the Co-Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven employees,
  • Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers,
  • Will act as Co-Manager when the Co-Manager is away from the store for any reason,
  • Manage and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs,
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
  • Assist in managing and executing all event opportunities in partnership with the Marketing Manager,
  • Assist in managing and executing all marketing opportunities in partnership with the Marketing manager,
  • Manage and maintain all sports interactive activation zones within the store,
  • Assist in managing and maintaining partnerships with guest artist and residents,
  • Effectively manage all aspects of the customization area within the store to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience,
  • Attend off-site training and position related meetings as required; travel may be required,
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
YOUR TALENT
  • 4 - 6 Years of store management experience in a high-volume flagship store,
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, reason through complex issues, and present information to large groups,
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talent as well teams,
  • Demonstrates effective communication,
  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $25.00-$28.00 per hour + Bonus + Benefits
