Overview Credence is seeking a Performance Management and Learning Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the alignment and achievement of business objectives for designated teams of Institutional Support Contractors (ISCs) who support USAID's Bureau for Global Health. The position formulates partnerships across the Program Management Office (PMO) and designated ISC teams to deliver value-added service to management and employees in the areas of performance management, individual learning and career development. This position serves as a performance coach and mentor to designated supervisors and employees working in support of the Global Health Training, Advisory, and Support Contract (GHTASC) for which Credence is the Prime Contractor. Must maintain an effective level of knowledge about performance planning and management, supervisory best practices, and advising employees on their individual learning and career development. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the international development environment with the ability to facilitate difficult conversations at times, advise on performance and individual learning plans, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to further ISC engagement and effectiveness. May have direct supervisory responsibilities in the future. Hybrid work environment (virtual and in-person) with the ability to be in Washington DC in person, as needed. Salary Range Full salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability. Conducts recurring meetings with respective business units. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
