HME Delivery Driver

Our Home Medical Equipment department offers patients and their families a variety of specialized devices to help meet their unique safety, and physical needs. Job Summary

• Makes reassessment visits to home Oxygen patients every 6 months or less.
• Travel by delivery van to patients home, hospitals, doctor's offices and other facilities as required for delivery or pickup of home medical equipment and supplies.
• Initiate assessments, care, treatment and service.
• Maintain adequate knowledge level of HME industry.
• Participate in equipment management and infection control prevention.

Qualifications

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to communicate with others in English (verbal/written.) Associates Degree in related fields such as Respiratory Care, Health Science or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Prior home medical equipment business and /or delivery or health care experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Oklahoma driver's license required. Motor vehicle record must be submitted annually. Must maintain good driving record in accordance with NRH policy. Criminal arrest check required prior to employment.
