JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Management and Organization (M&O) Department in the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA) has a full-time tenure-track assistant professor position in the area of Strategy. The desired start date for the position is Fall 2025. The assistant professor should possess a Ph.D. by the appointment start date, a proven track record in conducting high-quality scholarly research, and demonstrated teaching competence at a high level.

Job Requirement: The preferred candidate will have publications in premier journals, a research program with high-impact or such potential underway and is able to connect with a wide array of doctoral students and faculty in our department. Faculty members in the M&O department are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, supervise graduate students, and engage in professional service.
