JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Assistant/Associate/Professor of Law (tenure-track or tenured) Penn State Dickinson Law - Carlisle, PA PENN STATE DICKINSON LAW invites applications from lateral candidates for tenure-track or tenured faculty position expected to begin July 1, 2025. We welcome candidates with outstanding academic credentials across all areas of law, although we are primarily interested in candidates who want to teach the following courses: Business Entities, Contracts, Corporations, Criminal Law, Evidence, and Torts. Candidate qualifications may include relevant teaching or practice experience, fellowships, judicial clerkships at any level, interdisciplinary scholarly interests, and/or post-J.D. studies, degrees, or certificates. The appointment will be commensurate with the successful candidate's current rank, title, education, and experience. Assistant Professor -The assistant professor should possess a terminal degree or its equivalent in organized research or professional practice; must have demonstrated ability as a teacher or research worker; and must have shown definite evidence of growth in scholarly, artistic, or professional achievement.
