Join us and let's Imagine a better way together. Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for supporting solutions-based projects within the organization. The Account Manager manages the activities of the project and develops project plans to support the client's strategy. They are ultimately responsible for the pace and timing of the deliverables, so the project is delivered on-time and within spec. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, analyze, and create solutions for new customers and new opportunities.
- Collect project specifications from Client and available resources to accurately communicate those specifications to internal and/or external service departments.
- Solve for materials, due dates, and print options based on customer requirements.
- Be accountable to the customer by delivering communication regarding solutions and project inquires. Keep the line of communication open to ensure clients are heard, and projects are delivering as agreed upon.
- Optimize, and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting and altering plans based on changing circumstances.
- Develop and maintain an environment with all team members that continues to foster a sense of urgency, professionalism, and execution.
- Communicate frequently and clearly the progress of client engagements and program initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and manage project timelines and task lists, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate regularly with all departments to insure delivery of timely, high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationship with key client contacts and internal teams.
- Bring ideas/solutions to the client and team to accomplish current and potential client needs.
- Show good communication skills, verbally, non-verbally, and in writing to client, SME teams, and/or vendors and partners.
- Review all estimates received from internal departments for accuracy

Mandatory Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study
- PMP helpful
Experience:
- 5 years of Account Management experience
- 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail and/or signage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience leading and inspiring teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results
- Strong inner drive to care about delivering excellence in customer service, building strong business relationships, and meeting and exceeding expectations at all levels.
- Highly motivated and driven to produce extraordinary results.
- Strong sense of urgency to respond to inbound questions and requests and do so in a quick and accurate manner.
- Excellent presentation, organization, phone, verbal, in-person, and written communication skills are mandatory.
- The ability to communicate, build trust, and strengthen relationships at all levels within an organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in an environment of competing priorities
- Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency and customer service oriented as well as strong organizational skills.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook.
The national pay range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000/annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
