How can you make an impact? Our Digital Center of Excellence team is seeking a User Experience Manager to lead the design program for McGraw Hill's web and ecommerce platforms (mheducation.com) and other online experiences within the McGraw Hill global web ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Design Systems and a passion for Accessibility in digital products. You will be responsible for driving the creation and maintenance of scalable, accessible, and user-centric design systems that enable seamless, intuitive, and inclusive user experiences across both B2B and B2C web and ecommerce platforms. The User Experience Manager will collaborate closely with UX and interaction designers to ensure that all visual designs align with best practices in accessibility, innovative design system thinking, and brand consistency. These designs should not only elevate the McGraw Hill brand but also empower all users, regardless of ability, to successfully engage with our web and ecommerce experiences. The User Experience Manager will lead a team including UX research and design leads, and work closely with analytics and product management teams to understand user needs. They will translate high-level customer and business requirements into visually compelling and accessible designs. This position also owns and maintains a design system roadmap, iteratively improving site experiences with consistent, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of McGraw Hill's digital experiences, with a strong focus on creating inclusive, accessible, and innovative designs that resonate with all users. The pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $150,000 annually, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
