Position Summary:



The individual will serve as a mentor and resource for mechina students as they navigate college life and integration into a Jewish university. This is a part-time position of 13.5 hours per week.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Meet with mechina students on a regular basis to provide guidance and advice as they navigate college
  • Sit in the Beit Midrash to be available to students for any questions or concerns they may have
  • Involved in facilitating the mechina chavrusa program
  • Run Mechina Torah Workshops



Experience & Educational Background:




  • 3 years of outreach experience
  • Degree in related field



Skills & Competencies:




  • Good communication
  • Working effectively as a team
  • Hebrew Language Skills



Salary Range:



$21.97 - $49.38 per hour
