Position Description:


Ryerson has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician located in our Blytheville facility! As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing repairs to the equipment and facilities, and routine PM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical troubles, makes repairs and/or suggestions to the same
* Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies, material, and equipment
* Inspects, lubricates, and adjusts equipment in accordance with Preventive Maintenance program
* performing preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment breakdown and repair
* Project management and vendor sourcing


Position Requirements:


* High School Diploma or GED is required
* Ability to find, enter, and print information on a computer as necessary
* Candidate must have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, working in a fast paced environment
* Previous coil processing maintenance experience a plus
* Experience requires mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic background
* Ability to read blue prints is a must with aptitude to trouble-shoot problems on older equipment
