Title: Director of Accounting Policy Synonymous Job Title: Director, Accounting Policy Job Description Overview Blue Yonder is looking for a Director of Accounting Policy with a strong technical accounting background in U.S. GAAP & IFRS. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Reporting. This position will be responsible for researching complex technical accounting issues, writing technical accounting memos, revisiting our accounting policies including proposing updates and changes to those accounting policies as necessary, leading and supporting the implementation of new accounting standards, providing consulting to our accounting teams as well as other groups, and acquisition support for our global organization. This is a global position and will partner closely with Regional Accounting teams around the world, as well as Treasury, FP&A, Tax and HR. Key Characteristics Critical success factors for this role will include a dynamic leadership presence, highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, proactively deal with difficult situations, and communicate appropriately with stakeholders at all levels. #LI-Remote ------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is: USD $137,126.93 - $172,873.06 plus a bonus of 16%. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
