Procurement Analyst

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst! In this role, you will provide administrative support for procurement activities. You will assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers, entering the quotations into the ERP system, and ensuring that purchasing records are up to date. You will use your skills to problem-solve and collaborate with internal stakeholders, supporting the procurement function by providing high service and value to the organization.

This hybrid on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the sourcing manager.

How You Will Do It:

  • Assist in retrieving and transmitting files, records, data, and documents for urgent work processing needs.
  • Assist with document control - monitoring, recording, and filing of documents under the department's custody.
  • Assist with setting up and updating RFI/RFQs/RFQs, purchase orders, change order requests, and supplier files.
  • Administer procurement-related documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier forms, and returns.
  • Assist in writing purchase orders and purchase requests for quotes and issuing to suppliers.
  • Expedite purchase orders to maintain status.
  • Assume any other job responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

What We Look For:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or another related program from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
