Description

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor requires proven leadership skills, exceptional customer focus and a Bi-Lingual skill set in Spanish and English. The candidate must have the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fulfillment environment within an agricultural setting. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing procedures for order processing, fulfillment, farm operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation. As the E-Commerce Fulfilment Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team and be directly involved in the continuous improvement of the entire eCommerce distribution platform.

Tasks and Responsibilities




  • Drive fulfillment goals, understanding your role in supporting sales growth and how your department and team contribute to along with impacting total company profitability.
  • Plan and schedule your workload effectively, ensuring all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery and service standards.
  • Be an expert of fulfillment accuracy, process, and efficiency.
  • Enable efficient delivery to our customers by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations.
  • Lead team onboarding and learning.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all fulfillment processes.


All other duties based on business needs.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications



  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Effective business-level communication skills (oral and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Lead and hold others accountable.
  • Learn and adapt to current technological needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Must be able to bend, pull and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the course of a workday.
  • Must have a personal Smartphone with a current operating system: Android 5.0 or above, or Apple IOS 7.0 and above for daily communications with supervisor.
