The Biomedical Technician Senior is an advanced, highly skilled position that performs complex to highly complex technical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic and therapeutic medical or imaging equipment. Additionally, the technician may provide support and maintenance of applications and servers for applications for specific medical devices. The technician works independently and is expected to have developed the necessary proficiencies and expertise to consistently ensure medical devices meet the highest standard of providing safe patient care. Major Responsibilities: 1. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices utilizing established electronic test and measurement equipment and techniques. 21. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. REQUIRED
