Summary

Requirements

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ductless and VRF systems or similar HVAC equipment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, particularly Ductless and VRF technology.
• Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North and South Carolina, sometimes on short notice.
