Description
The Lean Manager will be responsible for all essential functions related to developing and maintaining a strong Lean culture, tools, and metrics at the Florham Park facility. This role partners with functional and project teams to deliver understanding and execution of Lean Methodology throughout all areas of the business. This position will lead the development and implementation of new Lean initiatives and will be a key facilitator of continuous improvement within the business. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, this role will lead the Nuclear Medicine Business through their ongoing Lean Journey. Position is onsite. Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Masters of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Engineering (required) Experience
Toyota Production System /Continuous Improvement implementation (required)
