Responsibilities

Participates in multidisciplinary team. Provides initial evaluation and assessment with persons and their families. Leads groups and activities to promote skill learning in wellness and recover techniques. Provides case management support counseling and crisis intervention to assigned mental health consumers.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. 1 to 3 year's previous counseling or related experience working with persons with co-occurring disorders. Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC). LCSW preferred.
2. Graduate - Master's Degree in social work or counseling field, and license eligibility preferred. If license eligibility required by program, proof from educational institution needed.
3. Valid Driver's License
4. Defensive Driving Course within 3 months of hire and/or transfer
5. First Aid CPR Certification within the first 6 months of hire
