This position leads the execution of Prime Healthcare's enterprise initiatives, development and execution of enterprise level controls, and supervises all operational support activities. This includes planning and designing potential business initiatives, overseeing the documentation of project activities, and addressing any executive concerns before, during, and after project execution. This position serves as a liaison between the Corporate Finance Team and other departments at Prime and facilities building multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. This position also serves as the main point of contact for all Primera initiatives related to the Corporate Finance Department. #LI-RK1 Qualifications Education and Work Experience Required qualifications: 1. MBA in finance, accounting, or a related discipline and 10+ years of professional job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance or operational functions. 2. Demonstrable experience with transaction businesses, or businesses that rely on processing volume / scale. 3. Prior experience working across functions and business segments. 4. Proven expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Flow, Forms, SharePoint, etc.) 5. Strong organizational, and matrix management skills. 6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and a customer service mindset. 7. Proven ability to develop and deliver both written and verbal communications to all levels of the enterprise. 8. Demonstrable experience supervising implementations with significant impact to employee experience. 9. Experience presenting to executives and allaying concerns about hurdles in changing processes. Preferred qualifications: 1. Experience with bank account management systems or online banking portal reporting systems. 2. Experience working with Expense Reimbursement & Travel Management platforms. 3. Change management experience. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $160,000.00 to $175,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
