Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!



  • BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
  • PhD in a related field preferred, Master's degree in a related field required.


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs,
  • Proven track record in staff supervision and training.


  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.


  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.


  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
