Get Ready to Transform: Your Role in Action:



  • Working with the Speech-Language Pathologists to:

    • Conduct assessments
    • Work individually with students on speech and language goals
    • Run social groups in classrooms
    • Manage students' AAC systems
    • Train direct service staff
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to staff members
    • Develop formal and informal speech and language programs
    • Collaborate on IEP goals and evaluate and report on student progress
    • Conduct applied research





Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!



  • Massachusetts SLPA licensure required
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis strongly preferred
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Conducting assessments.
