The Computing Services central IT department collaborates closely with the University Communications and Marketing team to provide robust Content Management Systems (CMS) that power CMU's digital presence. We are now seeking an experienced Developer to join our expanding Content Management Systems team, with a specific emphasis on the Drupal and Cascade CMS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to consistently deliver high-quality solutions to our campus partners. As a Senior Drupal/CMS Specialist within the CMS Development & Support team, you will operate within an agile development framework, spearheading the design and implementation of new features and functionalities. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in leading various technical aspects of the CMS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Collaboration with campus partners is essential to design solutions that elevate CMU's digital outreach systems to new heights. Additionally, you may be tasked with mentoring junior web developers and overseeing large-scale department projects requiring expertise in complex programming languages.
