Getting appropriate medical certifications, sending appropriate correspondence, and communicating with employees within the framework of FMLA, CFRA, and all other applicable regulations.
Qualifications Required qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree required or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration required. 2. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Microsoft Office Skills required Preferred qualifications: 1. Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, etc. preferred.
