Carnegie Mellon University's department ofHousing Services is searching for a Facilities Coordinator. This is a dynamic opportunityfor someone whothrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You willserve as an integral housing services team member and will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of Housing Services' daily service maintenance, preventative maintenance oversight, small renovations, and the upkeep of campus residential space (approximately 4,000 beds in 45 university owned and leased buildings.) Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours are required, as well as some after-hours service response requests when emergency maintenance problems arise.
