Responsibilities:

• Assisting Shop Mechanic as needed.
• Perform diagnostic tests on trucks, and other vehicles. Repair, maintain, and perform routine inspections of vehicles.
• Daily preventative maintenance of vehicles including but not limited too Check fluids, grease fittings, check tires, and hoses.
• Writing up warranty repair orders and documenting routine maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous mechanic experience.
• Proficient in the use of online systems and computer software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Motivated self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative, and drive results.
