Job Summary

The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Drexel University's Dornsife School of Public Health invites applicants for a tenure track, open-rank faculty position in Biostatistics. We seek a researcher with a strong record of innovative and impactful scholarship, demonstrated success securing external funding, an ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and preferably, experience advising Biostatistics doctoral students. Responsibilities include maintaining an active independent research program, contributing to the department's mission of advancing knowledge in epidemiology and biostatistics, and engaging in service to the department, institution, and the broader community.

Essential Functions

• Teaching - 50%
• Research - 30%
• Service - 20%
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A PhD or Doctorate in Biostatistics or related field is required.
• Experience commensurate with appointment at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level.

• Typically sitting at a desk/table

Additional Information

This is a full-time Faculty position classified as Exempt. The salary offered is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
