Lab Phlebotomy Supervisor - Full time - Evening Shift

SUMMARY

The Phlebotomy Lab Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the phlebotomy team in the Emergency Department (ED), including time and attendance, schedules, employee performance, compliance, and duties of phlebotomist. Builds strategic working relationships with the ED management team. Must be highly flexible and adaptable to handle various situations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required
• Completion of an Accredited Phlebotomy Training program
• 2 years of experience in a leadership position in a high volume healthcare setting required
• 2 years of hospital venipuncture experience.
• ASCP Phlebotomy Certification.
