This internal opportunity will support all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the customer support centers (CSC).
Successful candidates must be out of 90 day probationary period and have no attendance or disciplinary action on file. Job Responsibilities: * Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires * Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as deemed necessary Required Equipment: * Must type 35 wpm * Must have home computer (no MAC or Chromebook) Meet the required specifications. * Dual monitors * Hard wired internet (no wireless, no hotspots) * Camera/webcam for training * Lincare provides headset |
