As the Supervisor, Product Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless data integration across both internal and external systems. Leading a dynamic team of Integration Specialists, your responsibilities will extend beyond overseeing day-to-day operations. You will act as the driving force behind integration initiatives, serving as the Product Owner to meticulously guide strategic direction. Your keen ability to prioritize efforts will be instrumental in aligning the team's work with organizational goals, ensuring not only the efficiency but also the strategic impact of our data integration processes. This role will report to the Director, Product Management. Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of Integration Specialists, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
- Develop clear goals for team members each year that are aligned to strategic company goals and objectives
- Develop a coaching strategy for team members to achieve or exceed goals and objectives
- Help team members focus on what is within their span of control to achieve success
- Regularly review performance with team members
- Provide specific and timely feedback, both of praise and opportunities to improve, to help grow and develop team members

Product Ownership
- Act as the Product Owner for integration initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to define and prioritize integration requirements.
- Develop a roadmap for integration projects, aligning them with the organization's overall business objectives.
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with senior management to align integration strategies with business goals, ensuring that technology solutions contribute to organizational success.
- Provide input on the development of integration standards, best practices, and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure that integration solutions meet business needs.
- Liaise with other departments to understand their integration requirements and streamline cross-functional processes.
Quality Assurance
- Oversee the quality assurance processes for integrations, ensuring that data accuracy, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Implement measures to continuously improve integration performance and reliability.
Resource & Escalation Management
- Manage resource allocation within the integration team, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and development of the integration team.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex integration issues, working closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve challenges promptly.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue resolution and project status.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reports to senior management on integration team performance, project status, and key metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
Vendor and Partner Relationships
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance integration capabilities and resolve any issues that may arise.
Other Duties as Assigned Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, CSPO, Certified ScrumMaster) would be a plus.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in complex data integration projects
- Microsoft Office(365) Suite skills required
- Good presentation and formal proposal skills
- Previous supervisory experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient in data integration tools and technologies, such as ETL tools, APIs, and middleware.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with industry-standard integration patterns and best practices.
Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of Integration Specialists.
- Proven experience in setting clear goals, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

Work Environment
- 40-hour hybrid work week (3 days in office, 2 days remote, once training is completed)
