Job Description: The Pharmacy Manager plans, organizes, coordinates and controls the operation of the pharmacy. Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, JCAHO standards and State and Federal requirements. * Pharm.D. required with a MS/MBA degree or residency in pharmacy administration preferred. * Minimum of five years of hospital pharmacy experience. * Current Kentucky pharmacist license.
