Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgery Physician to join our medical group.

Position Details:

* Bread and Butter General Surgery

* Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)

* Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay)

* More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use

* With DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade.

* Not a trauma hospital.

* No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.

* Can start immediately (2024 Preferred)

* Salary Range: 350K-400K annually.

* Base Salary + Productivity Bonus

* Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.

* Position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is
$350,000-400,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
