Phlebotomist/Admissions Coordinator

Full-Time, Second Shift

Job Description:

• Responsible for the collection of blood via the appropriate location and method from patients of all ages in a timely manner for laboratory testing.
• Responsible for a wide range of clerical duties including, but not limited to, patient registration and coordinating information to enable the smooth flow of patient information and specimens between nursing staff, physicians, offices and other hospital departments to support the efficient operation of the laboratory.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous computer experience
• Previous Phlebotomy experience or training preferred.
