Function: The Director of Corporate Communications will work closely with the Director of Sales Strategy and Marketing to create and drive the Bank's strategy that increases awareness and manages S&T Bank's brand and reputation through strategic storytelling. This individual will be responsible for external communications and internal/employee focused communications regarding S&T Bank and subsidiary brands. This role will interact with all levels of the organization as well as with the community, media, and industry organizations. They will work cross-functionally to tell our company's story in a way that captivates and engages external and internal audiences while ensuring a consistent brand voice to increase brand awareness and visibility. Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands Operates office equipment: 10% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands. The job requires reaching above the shoulders, which is slow in speed. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Travel as needed to branch and/or training sites and possible overnight stays required. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Ability to travel long portions of time as needed. Education Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field or equivalent work experience.
