West Chester: 2 North Church Street, West Chester, PA 19380 Work Days and Expected Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department.) Function: Assumes a leadership role in the development of new business in the brokerage, employee benefit and fixed/variable insurance services as offered through the independent broker dealer. Provides functional guidance and training of less experienced officers, licensed assistants, and other bank personnel. Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands Operates a keypad device: 40% of the day; travels: 40% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, and elbows. Standing is required 10% of the day - branch training/meeting customer. Sitting is required 80% of the day - during sales presentations/customer meetings and preparing and research. Walking is required 10% of the day. Routinely lifts 5 lbs., 2-3 times per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work and travel. Required license: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) PA. Life Accident and Health Insurance.
