Job Description	ECU School of Dental Medicine is currently seeking several Office Assistants. Office assistants will: * Provide administrative support for the office of RS&R and university partner in DHS * Maintain call log in the front office for the chair and faculty affiliates on the 4th floor of the research facility. * Assist with the maintenance website and data migration as needed * Manage and prepare data reports from program surveys through Qualtrics as needed * Aid in maintaining contact with faculty researchers * Assist with recruitment of research program participants as needed through flyer handout and phone calls * Event assistance * Maintain close working relationships with the administrative assistant.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	* Have strong verbal and written communication skills * Possess excellent service skills * Demonstrate experience in hospitality services or management * Possess analytical skills and solutions-based problem-solving skills * Knowledge and experience with Excel * Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks * Demonstrate ability to be courteous in a collegial/professional environment
