Self-Help - Office/Technology Assistant

ECU Department of Allied Health Sciences Deans Office is currently seeking an Office/Technology Assistant.
Duties will include the following:
1. Applicant will assist with monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting Panopto and Panopto lecture capture system.

2. Applicant will assist with classroom setup for recordings and other classroom setup tasks.

3. Applicant will assist in smart classroom troubleshooting and maintenance.

1. Applicant should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.

2. Applicant should be familiar with the Canvas system and will assist with various general office tasks. Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available for all semesters, especially fall and spring as well as being able to work some evenings until 6:30 and some early mornings at 8:00.

3. Applicant should be familiar with Web-Conferencing systems.
